Stabilized Binoculars BS 16x40 is intended for handheld visual daytime observation of distant objects from both moving and unmoving carriers.

BS 16x40 binoculars viewing device gives a real possibility to observe the required terrain and identify distant objects from moving and nonmoving vehicles (cars, helicopters, water transport). If image stabilization is not necessary one can use BS 16 x 40 device as an ordinary binoculars with magnification of 16x, a stabilization unit being disabled.
