It lets the amateur photographer make the transition to medium format photography without breaking the bank, offering a complete camera and accessories for about the price of some 35mm camera bodies alone.
The Kiev 60 gives you your choice of easily changeable viewfinders. A TTL metering prism finder provides metering for a wide range of film ISO ratings. Fully mechanical operation ensures your camera won't quit if the battery for the light meter does. A waist-level finder can be easily changed over to a sports-view finder with the push of a button.
